Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Stash (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

Your content

All tiles you create in Stash are yours. We do not claim any ownership over content you store in the App. Because your data is synced through your own iCloud account, you are responsible for managing it in accordance with Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you save and store using the App.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some features of Stash may require a one-time purchase or subscription, processed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. We do not process or store payment information directly.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data — arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to the App or these Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
